Practice Setting

• Adult GI, evaluating, following, and providing recommendations with endoscopy as indicated
• General GI case mix
• Support includes 1 to 2 RNs
• Charting in Epic with Lumens

Schedule

• Weekday coverage, Monday through Friday
• 24 hour call coverage required
• Initial block available in early September with additional sporadic on call coverage toward year end

Cases and Procedures

• EGD and colonoscopies
• General GI consults and endoscopy based on clinical need
• Sengstaken Blakemore tube insertion and management not required

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• Active Mississippi medical license required
