Program Manager- Manufacturing Systems & ProcessesJob#: 3056584Job Description:Program Manager – Manufacturing Systems & ProcessesLocation: Foster City, California (On-site)Role OverviewThe Manufacturing Operations team is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead the implementation, integration, and continuous improvement of enterprise systems and business processes supporting manufacturing operations. This professional will partner with Manufacturing Operations, Safety, HR, IT, Business Applications, and other cross-functional stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable systems and processes. The ideal candidate combines program management and business process improvement capabilities with experience implementing enterprise systems, coordinating system integrations, driving organizational adoption, and delivering measurable operational outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end systems programs from current-state assessment and requirements gathering through solution design, implementation, deployment, and post-launch stabilization across Safety, Workforce Management, Quality Management, Learning Management, Asset Management, and related manufacturing operations systems.Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Manufacturing Operations, Safety, HR, IT, Business Applications, and external vendors to translate operational needs into scalable system solutions and align priorities, requirements, and implementation plans.Drive business process improvement by mapping current-state workflows, identifying gaps and inefficiencies, defining future-state processes, and coordinating process changes that improve operational effectiveness and consistency.Coordinate system integrations and data flows across platforms supporting training, hiring, onboarding, scheduling, time and attendance, safety, and operational reporting, partnering with technical teams to address dependencies, data quality, and reporting requirements.Own program execution and governance, including scope, schedules, resources, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and status reporting to stakeholders and leadership.Drive change management and adoption through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, deployment readiness, and post-launch support, measuring adoption and the operational impact of implemented changes.Manage vendors and continuous improvement by overseeing implementation commitments, tracking outcomes, and identifying opportunities to improve system effectiveness, process standardization, data quality, operational visibility, and scalability.Required QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Experience: Eight or more years of program or project management experience, including five or more years leading complex, cross-functional enterprise systems implementations, business transformation initiatives, or comparable programs.Technical Skills: Demonstrated experience implementing, integrating, or improving enterprise business systems, including translating business requirements into actionable implementation plans and measurable outcomes. Domain experience in Workforce Management, Human Resources Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, Environment, Health and Safety, time and attendance, ERP, or comparable enterprise applications is required.Preferred QualificationsExperience supporting manufacturing, industrial operations, logistics, or other frontline, shift-based workforces.Exposure to multiple workforce or safety platforms, such as Workday, Beeline, VNDLY, UKG, SAP, Docebo, or comparable systems.Experience coordinating system integrations, APIs, data migration, identity and access management, or enterprise reporting.Familiarity with Lean methodologies, business process reengineering, and continuous improvement.Experience managing multi-system implementations or a portfolio of interconnected enterprise applications.Experience defining operational KPIs and using data to evaluate program effectiveness and business outcomes.PMP, CSM, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification.Experience scaling enterprise systems and standardized processes in a rapidly growing operational environment.Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
