Quality Lab Technician: Audits, Tests & Process Insight

Lear Corporation

Lear Corporation is seeking a Quality Inspector/Technician to perform quality studies, validate processes, and conduct audits across seat production to prevent and resolve quality concerns. The candidate should read blueprints, possess at least 3 years of quality experience, demonstrate problem solving, and be able to lift heavy objects and stand long hours; must be willing to work any shift.
