Requisite Qualifications Being a natural go-getter. Charismatic, bubbly personality with leadership skills who likes to “take charge†when appropriate and motivate others. Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills; including the ability to interact with people at all levels of the organization including the executive leadership team. Excellent customer service skills and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs (especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint). HubSpot CRM experience is a plus. Basic computer operating skills. Enjoys staff camaraderie and fun. Job Qualifications Education: College degree Experience: 2-3 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Job Duties Scheduling and counseling leads and clients for procedures and office appointments with Dr. Brian. Follow up and converting old and new leads via Zoom, phone, email and text. Manages own lead list through an advanced HubSpot CRM system and Zoom meeting calendar for daily meetings with leads and clients. Welcomes clients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Support the manager(s) with duties and responsibilities such as checking in clients. Obtains high standards towards meeting goals. Other Duties include, but are not limited to: Send hand-written \'Thank You\' cards to clients along with other thoughtful celebratory cards. Taking and posting client payments.
