Aspire Senior Living Roaring River is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Medication Technician (CMT) to join our team at our Cassville, MO.
About the Role
As a Certified Medication Technician (CMT) at Aspire Senior Living Roaring River, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Administering medications to residents as directed by the nursing staff
- Monitoring and reporting changes in resident condition to the nursing staff
- Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and medication administration
- Collaborating with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans for residents
- Participating in resident care conferences to discuss resident progress and concerns
Requirements
- Current Certified Medication Technician (CMT) certification
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience working with seniors and/or in a related healthcare field preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and pull
- Basic life support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
