Sales Consultant Opportunity
Vallejo CDJR is growing fast and looking for motivated, driven, and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our team. If you're hungry to succeed, enjoy working with people, and want to earn what you're truly worth, this is the opportunity.
Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles. Build strong relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Follow up with leads (internet, phone, and walk-ins). Demonstrate vehicle features and conduct test drives. Negotiate deals and close sales professionally. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions.
$40K $151K+ annual earning potential (uncapped commission) Performance bonuses and incentives Paid training and ongoing development Opportunities for advancement within the dealership Supportive management team and strong inventory
Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus, but not required). Strong communication and people skills. Competitive mindset with a drive to win. Professional appearance and attitude. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.
High traffic dealership with strong lead flow. Large inventory of Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles. Team-oriented culture with proven leadership. Real opportunity to grow your career and income.
