As part of our ongoing growth, we are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Barista to join our team in a full-time role. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about coffee and delivering outstanding customer service in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Position Overview As a Barista Manager, you will be the face of our Coffee Bar, expertly preparing a variety of coffee beverages while ensuring a positive and memorable experience for our guests. You’ll be responsible for crafting high-quality drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You are also responsible for all Management responsibilities. If you love coffee and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is the role for you! What You’ll Do Coffee & Beverage Preparation: Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, cappuccinos, lattes, Americanos, cold brews, and other specialty beverages. Experience with latte art is a plus. Customer Service: Engage with customers in a friendly, positive manner, ensuring they have an exceptional experience every time they visit. Take orders, answer questions, and make recommendations based on customer preferences. Café Operations: Help maintain a clean and organized café environment. Assist with keeping workstations, equipment, and the dining area clean and well‑stocked. Complete all daily and weekly Management responsibilities. Expediting Orders: Work efficiently during peak hours to ensure quick service and satisfaction. Assist with order fulfillment and communication with customers. What We Need From You Prior barista experience or customer‑facing experience in a café environment is required. Strong proficiency in making coffee beverages, with a focus on quality, consistency, and presentation. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and a positive, friendly attitude toward customers and team members. A team player with flexibility and willingness to assist with various tasks in the café. Ability to maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to health and safety standards. Previous Management experience required.
