Benefits You Can Count On Pay Rate: $85,000 – $110,000 Sign‑on bonus: up to $5,000 depending on experience Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company‑paid life insurance Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave accrual from day one 401(k) profit‑sharing plan after 90 days Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement, and more What You’ll Do As a CDL‑A Delivery Driver Inspect the tractor‑trailer for defects before and after each trip and submit DOT inspection reports Inspect bill of lading, verify accuracy, and store keys for off‑hour deliveries Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering the vehicle on the road and at customer premises Maintain the driver log (manual or Peoplenet) per DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and any exceptions Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications You’ll Bring As a CDL‑A Teammate At least 21 years of age Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A) At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely Fit the Following?
