CDL-A Regional Driver Home Weekly Paid Training Available

$1,400 - $1,800 per month

We are currently hiring professional drivers for our western operations where you can maximize your income while staying close to home. By joining our team you get the stability of a W2 position combined with the efficiency of a modern fleet and a route structure that gets you back home every single week.

Position Summary

Full time W2 regional operations
Home weekly schedules for all regional drivers
Primary focus on I-5 I-15 I-84 and I-90 corridors
Consistent regional runs across the western network
Year round freight volume with predictable scheduling
Professional dispatch support and efficient route planning

Income and Compensation

Weekly gross earnings from $1400 to $1800
Pay rate of $0.55-0.65$ per mile
Performance and safety incentives available
Direct deposit payments every Friday
Extra stop , layover, detention paid

Training Program Details

Paid training available for qualified entry level candidates
Program duration of 4 to 6 weeks with expert instructors
Requires 120 hours of accredited CDL school completion
Comprehensive focus on ELD compliance and safe operations
Performance evaluation required before solo transition

Equipment and Freight

Assigned 2024 and 2025 Freightliner and Kenworth tractors
Modern fleet with 24/7 maintenance and support
Standard dry van freight in a no touch environment
Approximately 70 % drop and hook efficiency

Driver Requirements

Minimum age of 21 years
Valid Class A CDL or recent accredited school completion
