In-home Traveler Physician (Full-time) - Washington

Overview Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Full‑time Physician to deliver In‑Home Health Evaluations across a defined coverage area. Physicians will travel up to 100% of the time, using an iPad and an intuitive clinical workflow to conduct a 45‑minute visit that includes a medication and medical history review, a physical evaluation, and optional diagnostic tests (e.g., spirometry, diabetic eye exams). Key Responsibilities Bring heart into every visit, building trusted relationships and improving health outcomes. Visit millions of people nationwide, connecting them to appropriate care. Work collaboratively with Signify Health clinicians and health plan members. Travel locally and within licensed states up to 100% of the time. Receive incentive pay per completed visit and for additional diagnostic/customized services. Conduct virtual visits as needed. Provide all Signify Health services as indicated, including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products. Required Qualifications MD or DO with active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s). Ability to obtain and maintain multi‑state licenses in the coverage area, as required. Valid licenses to serve in Washington and ability to flex to other business‑needed areas. Preferred Qualifications Experience with in‑home or remote healthcare delivery. Travel & Work Environment Travel may involve overnight hotel stays, car rentals and/or flights. Physicians must be comfortable working safely in homes that may contain pets, secondhand smoke, or other allergens. Compensation & Benefits Base pay: $145.00 – $145.00 per Evaluation. Potential for additional reimbursement per completed Diagnostic and Preventive Services.
