We are looking for a Flu Clinic Inventory Assistant to support clinic operations in Providence, Rhode Island. This Contract position plays an important role in keeping devices, supplies, and on-site support organized so clinic staff can work efficiently. The person in this role will help manage inventory, respond to basic support needs, and prepare essential equipment for daily clinic use.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming calls during clinic activities and assist team members with operational questions.
• Provide first-level support for routine issues and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate records for tablets and jetpacks assigned to clinic staff to support inventory control.
• Prepare devices for use by packing, unpacking, charging, and organizing tablets and jetpacks before distribution.
• Clean and sanitize tablets and jetpacks between uses to ensure equipment is ready for redeployment.
• Troubleshoot common tablet issues in the field, including connectivity, login access, and application performance concerns.
• Assist with jetpack setup and address basic charging or connection problems as they arise.
• Restock, reset, and organize administrative supply bags after each clinic so materials are ready for the next event.• Experience with inventory tracking or equipment logging in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to provide basic technical support for tablets, mobile devices, or connectivity tools.
• Comfortable answering calls and assisting staff with clear and attentive communication.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail when handling supplies and equipment.
• Ability to follow cleaning, preparation, and restocking procedures consistently.
• Capable of identifying when issues should be escalated to other team members for resolution.
• Reliable time management skills and the ability to support clinic operations throughout the workday.
