Perishable Order Selector

divh2Perishable Order Selector/h2pIngles Markets is looking for an Order Selector in the Perishables Department for its Distribution Center located in Black Mountain, NC. As an Order Selector, you will: Select and fill grocery orders from stores. Ensure all items are properly and securely stacked on pallets. Drop off completed pallets on the loading docks for shipment. We work together to ensure a safe, clean, and productive work environment with equal opportunities for every associate. Compensation Information: Pay starting at $20.82/hr. Multiple shifts - shift differential may apply. Start earning Paid Time Off day 1 (FT). Weekly pay with direct deposit. Opportunities for advancement. Employment Requirements: Must be 16 years of age or older. Will conduct a Criminal Background Check. Must pass an E-Verify Screening. Physical Requirements: Perishables department temperature ranges from 28-50 degrees. Extensive standing. Constant lifting of cases to be placed on pallets with some heavier cases weighing up to 75lbs. Experience Will train the right candidate. Applicants should have a High School Diploma or equivalent. Must want to work and have excellent attendance. Must be willing to learn and pay attention to detail.
