Position Highlights Floyd Valley Healthcare has a PRN opening for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)! This position will report to the Chief CRNA. CRNA Duties Include Provide anesthesia care for surgical patients and assists with emergency management and emergency IV access Discharges patients from a post anesthesia care area and provides post anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care Identifies opportunities to improve anesthesia services and assists in developing resolutions in a positive, constructive manner Job Requirements Current CRNA licensure in the State of Iowa; current certifications as a CRNA by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Iowa or meet the requirements of a multi-state license. About Floyd Valley Healthcare Floyd Valley Healthcare is a 25-bed critical access hospital and is located in Le Mars, Iowa, home of "The Ice Cream Capital of the World!" Floyd Valley Healthcare has had a rich history of serving the healthcare needs of people in Le Mars, Iowa and the surrounding communities. Today, Floyd Valley includes the hospital, family medicine clinics in Le Mars, Marcus and Remsen, and public health. We serve people in their homes through home health and home medical services. Floyd Valley Healthcare is licensed by the State of Iowa, affiliated with the Avera System of Sioux Falls, South Dakota and is a member of the Iowa and American Hospital Associations.
