Substance Use Treatment Support Staff

Lutheran Social Services seeks Substance Use Treatment Support Staff to provide compassionate, hands-on support to individuals in recovery. In this role, you’ll assist with client intake, orientation, and daily activities; support implementation of treatment and recovery plans; and document observations in alignment with regulatory standards. You’ll help facilitate groups, coordinate appointments and transportation, and maintain a safe, trauma-informed environment. Working within an interdisciplinary team, you’ll advance the LSS mission by promoting dignity, hope, and long-term recovery for clients and their families.
