Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surg Orthopedic/Spine
This role requires a Registered Nurse with a strong background in orthopedic nursing. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Unit Specifics
- Number of Beds: 26
- Patient Ratios: 6:1
- Unit Staffing Description: Includes unit secretaries, Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and a Navigator.
- Type of Equipment: Coolers, walkers, Sequential Compression Devices (SCDs), Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) devices.
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Scheduling Requirements: 4 weekend shifts per schedule
- Floating Policy: Rotational floating policy
- Patient Experience Goals: 72%
Procedures Performed on Unit
- Knee and Hip replacements
- Multi-level spine surgeries

Qualifications
