Azalea Dermatology, affiliated with Anne Arundel Dermatology, is seeking an experienced Board Eligible/Board Certified Dermatology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our team in Garner, NC.
This part-time position offers three days per week (Monday, Thursday & Friday), focusing on general dermatology with no procedures or excisions. It's a great opportunity for an experienced provider seeking stability, balance, and a supportive team environment.
Located just minutes from Raleigh, Garner, NC combines small-town charm with easy access to big-city amenities. The area offers an affordable cost of living, vibrant community events, and proximity to the Research Triangle's dining, cultural, and outdoor attractions — making it an ideal place to live and work.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in general dermatology
- Collaborate with an experienced team of dermatologists and advanced practice providers
- Access state-of-the-art facilities and fully integrated EMR (EMA)
- Participate in a supportive environment that values patient-centered outcomes
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of dermatology experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Committed to delivering efficient, high-quality care in a team-based environment
- Interest in building long-term patient relationships and contributing to practice growth
Licensure/Certifications/Education
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Current Board Certification as NP or PA
- Active and unrestricted North Carolina medical license (or ability to obtain)
- Current Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA) registration
