What You Will Be Doing Lead a workforce in the assembly and construction of modular mechanical equipment rooms. Ensure daily production goals are met while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Monitor performance, coach team members, and provide hands-on guidance to support growth and development. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities and employee performance. Enforce company policies, safety standards, and ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations. Troubleshoot issues on the floor and implement corrective actions quickly. Participate in planning meetings and continuous improvement initiatives. Compensation The position pays a competitive hourly rate. Qualifications 3+ years of supervisory experience in building, residential, or modular construction. Ability to read and interpret architectural/construction drawings, blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics. Strong understanding of modular-electrical systems, construction methods, or HVAC/mechanical systems preferred. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team. Excellent communication and organizational skills. High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school certification preferred. Ability to work on-site full time on 1st shift (Monday–Friday).
