Responsibilities Complete a structured management training program, learning our business from day one while based at a neighborhood branch. Serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. Master skills in customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations. Build community relationships essential to growing your own branch. Participate in mentorship, go‑to‑market activities, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prepare to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business and develop your team. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum 6 months of work experience in sales, customer service, and/or leadership/management. Leadership experience may include organization or club leadership, volunteer work, athletics, or military service. Must be available to work an average of 47 hours per week. Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents in the past 3 years. No drug or alcohol convictions in the past 5 years (e.g., DUI, DWI). Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
