Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)Minnesota | Remote Telehealth Full-Time $115,000–$120,000 per year Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PMThe OpportunityWe're hiring a Minnesota-licensed LICSW to provide individual therapy to adults through telehealth. You'll manage a regular caseload and work directly with clients during scheduled video appointments. The role includes the clinical follow-up that comes with ongoing therapy, including assessments, treatment records, and case coordination when necessary.Your responsibilities will include:Conducting individual psychotherapy sessions onlineCompleting intake assessments and gathering relevant client historyDetermining treatment priorities and appropriate clinical approachesReviewing cases and updating treatment when neededKeeping progress notes and clinical records currentCoordinating referrals or additional services when appropriateParticipating in clinical consultation as neededMaintaining Minnesota licensing and confidentiality standards
