We're seeking a Commercial Loan Officer in North Conway, NH to develop commercial banking relationships, support commercial lending growth, and build a well-managed loan portfolio throughout the North Conway and Fryeburg market. This opportunity is ideal for an experienced lender who enjoys business development, relationship banking, and serving as a trusted financial partner within a community banking environment.



Salary: starting at $105,000-$110,000 base salary + annual bonus

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow commercial banking relationships with business owners throughout the market.
• Originate, structure, and manage commercial loans from initial prospecting through closing and ongoing portfolio management.
• Analyze financial statements, cash flow, credit quality, and overall lending risk.
• Prepare loan presentations and recommendations for approval.
• Manage portfolio performance, renewals, and credit quality.
• Cross-sell banking products and services based on client needs.
• Represent the organization at community, networking, and business development events.
• Build strong relationships with local businesses, referral sources, and centers of influence.

Required:

• Commercial lending experience within a bank, credit union, or similar financial institution.
• Strong understanding of commercial credit, accounting, and finance.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and lending platforms.

Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Existing relationships within the North Conway, Mount Washington Valley, or Western Maine markets.
• Experience managing the full commercial lending lifecycle from origination through portfolio management.
