What you will do

• Brand Ambassador You represent our people-first culture every day by creating a welcoming, comfortable store environment. You deliver exceptional customer service while modeling professionalism, positivity, and strong sales behaviors.
• Relationship Builder You connect with guests through active listening and thoughtful questions, guiding conversations toward solutions that meet their needs while driving sales performance. You focus on building loyalty not just completing transactions.
• Product and Services Expert You confidently sell devices, plans, and services, consistently meeting or exceeding individual performance goals. You simplify technology into easy, real-world conversations and stay current on promotions and product knowledge.
• Store Key Support As a senior team member, you are trusted with opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring the store is secure, organized, and ready to serve guests. You follow company processes and support a smooth, professional store experience during your shift.

What You will need

• High school diploma is required.
• 12 years of retail keyholder experience preferred, in a consultative, customer-focused environment (Wireless sales experience preferred).
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Experience operating a POS system with strong attention to transaction accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
• Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling, walking, standing and moving items.

Pay & Benefits Data (in accordance with the Equal Pay and Opportunities Act) Minimum Salary: $42,000 Maximum Salary: $47,250 This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
