What You'll Do as a Sales Associate:

• Greet everyone who walks in with energy, enthusiasm, and expertise 
• Introduce prospective members to the Orangetheory workout and experience 
• Conduct phone calls, follow-ups, and front desk customer care interactions 
• Give studio tours and walk new guests through their first class 
• Collaborate with the fitness team to ensure an outstanding first workout experience 
• Sell memberships to help the studio grow 
• Onboard new members with care, accuracy, and warmth 
• Follow up with leads via email, phone, and in-person outreach 
• Address member questions or concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented mindset 
• Participate in classes and help support events in the community 
• Maintain a clean, organized studio by completing daily cleaning duties 

Requirements

• A passion for fitness and helping people improve their lives 
• A friendly, positive attitude and the ability to connect with anyone 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills 
• A customer-first mindset and great problem-solving abilities 
• Team spirit — you’re all in for the team’s success 
• Comfort in a fast-paced, multitasking environment 
• Sales experience is a strong plus, and an interest in developing professionally is a must
