As a Clinical Team Manager with VNS Health Hospice Care, you'll lead and support an interdisciplinary team in delivering compassionate, high-quality hospice care. You'll combine your clinical expertise with people leadership, coaching, quality improvement, and operational decision-making while continuing to grow your leadership capabilities

What You Will Do

* Lead and develop an interdisciplinary team providing comprehensive hospice care to patients and families. * Coach, develop and support team members while fostering engagement, collaboration, and professional growth. * Oversee day-to-day clinical operations, including caseload management, productivity, quality, and regulatory compliance. * Partner across Hospice Care to advance quality improvement, education, and operational initiatives. * Support staff training and performance while creating an inclusive culture focused on continuous improvement.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in nursing, Health or Human Services, or equivalent work experience * Current New York State Registered Professional Nurse license and registration * Minimum of three years of clinical hospice experience * Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay Range

USD $114,500.00 - USD $140,000.00 /Yr. About Us
