This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension. The ideal candidate is reliable, analytical, and fluent in both English and Chinese, with the ability to manage procurement workflows independently in a fast-moving environment. Responsibilities Manage the full procurement lifecycle for recruitment services, including purchase requests, PO execution, and vendor coordination Conduct market research and data analysis across staffing, executive search, and background check industries to support sourcing decisions Support competitive bidding processes, including documentation preparation and bidding coordination Maintain accurate and organized procurement records across ERP and OA systems Partner cross-functionally with HR, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant procurement execution Requirements 3+ years of procurement or sourcing experience; recruitment or professional services category preferred Proficiency in Excel and ERP/OA systems for data tracking and reporting Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Chinese proficiency (spoken and written) — required Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred Compensation The pay offered to a successful candidate will be determined by various factors, including education, work experience, location, job responsibilities, certifications, and more.
