Required Skills Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field from an ABET‑accredited program Minimum of 3 years of electrical engineering experience, consulting preferred Strong knowledge of electrical design principles, codes, and procedures Proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation, and other CAD and analysis software Excellent written and verbal communication skills Demonstrated analytical, problem‑solving, and critical thinking abilities Ability to perform field inspections and measurements Familiarity with project documentation, drawings, and client presentations Nice to Have Skills Certification as an Engineer in Training (EIT) Experience with large‑scale industrial or manufacturing facilities Knowledge of 2D and 3D rendering programs Prior experience in food and beverage industry projects Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed Preferred Education and Experience Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience Additional consulting experience in healthcare, industrial, or governmental projects Other Requirements Successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam Ability to work methodically, collaboratively, and in a detail‑oriented manner Willingness to travel as required If you're passionate about leveraging electrical engineering to impact the Food & Beverage sector and meet our innovative standards, we encourage you to apply now and take the next step in your career!
