Job Description:
As an Assistant Manager at Ben's Soft Pretzels, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of your assigned location. You will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in daily operations, leading a team of employees, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring that the store meets sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and food safety standards.
Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain accurate records.
Handle customer inquiries and feedback, and resolve any issues promptly.
Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards.
Assist in creating and executing promotional activities to drive sales.
Step into the Store Manager role as needed.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service or retail industry.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of inventory management.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Certifications in management or hospitality are a plus.
