What We're Looking For

Positive attitude and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome
Reliability and a team-first mindset
Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
Prior restaurant or customer service experience is a plus but not required, we'll train the right people
Must be at least 16 years old (18+ for select leadership roles)

Average Rate: $17 / hour (Average rate includes hourly wage + average hourly tip earnings)

Requirements

Prior customer service experience
A true "people person" providing exceptional and gracious service
Experience working with a Point of Sale system
Ability to work quickly and independently in a fast-paced environment
Strong multi-tasking skills
Competency in counting money and processing payments
Ability to work effectively and efficiently even in a stressful situation
A genuine commitment to excellence and success

About Harriet's Hamburgers

Harriet's Hamburgers is a better-burger concept restaurant built on great food and hospitality-driven culture. We believe the best meal comes with a side of kindness and that starts with the team we build. We're opening a brand-new location in Davidson, NC, and we're looking for passionate, people-first individuals to join us from the ground up.
