POSITION SUMMARY The LBSF Shift Supervisor helps the Assistant Manager and Store Manager with a particular shift for the store. With regards to the Customer Service Principles, the Shift Supervisor makes sure that the completion of all opening or closing duties are completed and in particular is the key holder for those shifts who financially prepares the store for opening or closing. Proven working experience as a cashier or in customer service Basic mathematical skills Strong attention to detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS include the following. Is proficient with all opening and/or end of night cash handling procedures & requirements Effectively opens or closes the store, using proper checklists, cleaning procedures & setup/breakdown guidelines Help train and guide the new employees Leads and oversees the team, addressing employee concerns, and correcting performance issues immediately.
