Cybersecurity Lead

Location: Quantico, VA


Clearance: Secret

Overview: Leads cybersecurity operations, ensuring compliance, accreditation, and Zero Trust integration.

Responsibilities:

• Direct RMF/ATO package development and sustainment.
• Oversee ACAS scanning and remediation.
• Lead Zero Trust implementation.
• Manage incident handling and COOP/DR cyber readiness.

Core Competencies: Cybersecurity program management | Risk & vulnerability assessment | Compliance & accreditation | Incident response

Requirements:

• Education: BA/BS with 8+ years (or 14 years in lieu of degree).
• Certifications: IAM Level II - CISSP or CISM required; CAP, CEH, or Security+ optional.
• Experience: 7+ years cybersecurity with 3+ years RMF/ATO leadership.
