Travel Medical-Surgical RN in Westerville, OH

A rewarding opportunity awaits an experienced Registered Nurse with a background in Medical-Surgical, Orthopedic, and Telemetry nursing to provide essential patient care during night shifts. Schedule/Hours:

• Night shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM

Key Qualifications:

• Active, unencumbered RN license
• Previous experience in Med/Surg, Orthopedic, and Telemetry nursing required
• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Flexibility to float to other units or care sites as needed
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and patient care needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in orthopedic, medical-surgical, and telemetry units
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings accurately
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient progress and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
• Respond promptly to patient needs and changes in condition
• Maintain patient safety and infection prevention standards
• Adapt to fluctuations in census, including down-staffing or assignment to alternative units to meet operational requirements
