Location: Sparta, NC Position: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Full-Time Pay: $25/hour

As a CNA, you'll play an essential role in providing high-quality, resident-centered care while helping create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for the people we serve.

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and ambulation
• Take and accurately document resident vital signs
• Safely lift, transfer, reposition, and transport residents using proper body mechanics
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assist nurses with resident care and other duties as directed
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, visitors, and coworkers
• Promote residents' dignity, comfort, independence, and overall well-being
• Maintain a professional and respectful environment at all times

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina CNA certification
• Current CPR certification preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
• Commitment to providing exceptional resident care
