Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients in the Cath Lab according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Apply critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in procedural settings.
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and patient responses; ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the procedural team to support outcomes and patient comfort.
- Collaborate with physicians and technicians to support procedural workflows and ensure high-quality care.

Requirements
