Candidates with strong clinical backgrounds in women's health, family planning, or reproductive health are highly encouraged to apply. Why Adagio Health?Our Erie site serves one of our most diverse and underserved patient populations, offering meaningful clinical depth.High Volume = High Impact: Drive patient care through women's health, family planning, and comprehensive reproductive services.Robust Support Team: Work alongside Medical Assistants, LPNs, Patient Care Coordinators, Care Navigators, Behavioral Health, and Food Security teams.Professional Growth: High patient volume accelerates your skill development and broadens your clinical experience.CRNP-Led Practice Model: Your clinical expertise is at the forefront of patient care.Integrated Care Approach: Collaborate across disciplines to address the full spectrum of patient needs.A DAY IN THE LIFE Provide comprehensive primary care and women's health services to diverse patient populations.Conduct physical examinations, develop diagnoses, and create evidence-based treatment plans utilizing UpToDate and other clinical resources.Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within your full scope of practice.Perform procedures including IUD insertions, contraceptive counseling, colposcopy (if certified), and reproductive health services.Educate patients on health promotion, disease prevention, and treatment options.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and outcome tracking to support our mission of accessible healthcare. QUALIFICATIONS Active CRNP license in Pennsylvania (required).Master's (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree (required).Certification in a relevant specialty area, such as FNP or WHNP (required).Minimum 2 years of clinical experience preferred; strong new graduates with applicable training are welcome to apply.Strong foundation in family planning, reproductive health, and preventive care.Commitment to patient-centered, equitable care.Ability to travel locally as needed for coverage or training.CALLING ALL VETERANSAre you a veteran or transitioning service member looking to continue your commitment to service in a new setting?
