Registered Nurse - Operating Room

Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse to provide skilled perioperative care for patients undergoing surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in orthopedic, general, and obstetric sections, ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and monitor anesthesia, medications, and patient vital signs during surgical procedures.
• Prepare operating rooms by ensuring all surgical equipment and supplies are sterile and ready for use.
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other OR staff to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, sterile techniques, and infection control standards.
• Document patient information, surgical procedures, and intraoperative events accurately.
• Respond promptly to any intraoperative complications or emergencies.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid RN license with at least 3 years of OR experience, including orthopedic, general, and OB sections.
• Proficient in using surgical equipment across multiple specialties.
• Certified in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills in orthopedic, gynecological, podiatric, and endoscopic procedures.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced surgical environment.
• Capable of collaborating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams.
