Job Description

Responsibilities

Office Operations: Manage daily office activities, workload distribution, scheduling, PTO, team support, and process compliance.
Client Service: Maintain a personal tax/bookkeeping/advisory caseload and serve as a primary contact for assigned clients.
Quality & Processes: Ensure tax and bookkeeping deliverables are reviewed accurately and office SOPs and file-management standards are followed.
AI & Technology: Support the rollout and training of approved AI and workflow tools and provide feedback on their effectiveness.

Qualifications

CPA or EA preferred, or actively pursuing certification.
Hands-on tax, bookkeeping, accounting, or client service experience.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Comfortable working in an evolving environment and enforcing established processes.
Interest in AI-driven workflow tools is a plus.

Schedule

Full-time, exempt, on-site position.
Monday-Friday during tax season; four-day work week outside tax season based on workload.
