Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Med Surg RN for a travel assignment in Parkersburg, WV. This role involves working in an acute care setting with a focus on a 18-bed Infectious Disease unit. Join a team dedicated to providing high-quality care and enhancing patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Provide care for patients with a variety of infectious diseases, including COVID, MRSA, and C-Diff.
• Utilize strong knowledge in MedSurg, ID, and isolation precautions.
• Administer and manage medications like Heparin and other typical MedSurg IV antibiotics.
• Adapt to a 1:5-6 nurse-patient ratio, with adjustments based on COVID protocols.
• Collaborate with Charge Nurses and CNA support to ensure quality patient care.
• Responsibility for managing patients on CPAP or BiPAP with respiratory therapist support.

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg - Travel

• Current RN license
• BLS certification (AHA)
• Experience in MedSurg, ID, and isolation precautions
• Ready to float to any MedSurg unit as necessary
• Willingness to work every-other-weekend and holidays as needed
