Lively Medical Center is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) to join our established outpatient primary care team. This is a full-time, outpatient-only position offering a consistent schedule and strong clinical support. The ideal candidate is committed to delivering comprehensive primary care across the lifespan and values working within a collaborative, team-based model. Highlights: Outpatient-only practice Schedule: 7:00 AM 5:00 PM, 4 days per week.
