What You’ll Be Doing Lead multiple Final Mile delivery locations throughout Illinois. Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers to maximize operational performance. Own regional Profit & Loss performance and financial planning. Drive operational consistency through standardized processes and best practices. Analyze regional KPIs to improve productivity, quality, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Lead regional capacity planning for labor, delivery volume, and contractor resources. Ensure compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives across warehouse and delivery operations. Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Travel throughout the region to audit locations and support local leadership teams. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (MBA preferred). 7+ years of progressive logistics leadership experience. 3–5+ years leading multiple operations or distribution facilities. Strong Final Mile or Last Mile delivery experience. Demonstrated success managing regional P&L performance. Experience leading General Managers or Site Leaders. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and WMS environments. Knowledge of Independent Contractor delivery models and compliance. Advanced analytical, communication, and leadership skills. High proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational reporting tools. Ability to travel frequently throughout the assigned region.
