Sr Private Banker, Private Bank Office (Boston, MA)

As a Senior Private Office Banker in our Back Bay office, you will have the opportunity to work in service, support, and sales, while creating a world class experience for clients and prospects in our Private Bank Offices. you are the deposit expert and key service partner for the Business Banker/Relationship Managers’ client base. The role encompasses sales presentations, cash management expertise, account opening, compliance, documentation, and ensuring a white glove experience when transitioning clients to the bank. professional relationship while using your excellent customer service skills and ingenuity to solve problems and enhance the banking relationship.

Contribute to the overall success of the office by delivering a white glove experience to all clients and growing overall deposits. * Being the deposit and cash management experts (and cross-selling where Helping to “sell the bank” with net new prospects * Relationship management (in partnership with the RMs, BBs, and PBs) * Provide ongoing excellent customer service, including paying close attention Bankers’/Relationship Managers’ client base. * Develop a thorough knowledge of existing Bank products and stay up to date on Opening accounts and other services to ensure expedited delivery * Assist clients with transactions, including but not limited to, deposits, Verify client identities in accordance with Citizens Private Bank policies and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (e.g., Bank as well as Bank policies and procedures.

Must be able to review and analyze data reports and client facing must be computer proficient. * Must be able to communicate effectively via telephone and in person. * Must be able to travel as position requires. * A minimum of three years of experience in private banking * History of working with high net-worth clientele preferred * A thorough knowledge of banking operations * Bachelor's degree, required
