We’re seeking an inspiring and strategic Creative Director (CD) for our in-house Creative Studio. The CD will lead internal teams and external agencies to bring the Starbucks brand to life across branding systems, individual creative assets, advertising campaigns, and digital-first creative experiences. The CD is a strong collaborator who can partner successfully with brand marketing, product, and digital teams to deliver integrated creative solutions across channels and platforms.

As a creative director , you will…

Set Creative Vision & Steer the Brand

· Steer a holistic creative vision that spans brand identity, design, & advertising

· Act as a steward of the Starbucks brand, ensuring consistency, quality, and creative excellence across all touchpoints

· Elevate design systems, visual language, and storytelling frameworks to support long-term brand building and near-term business needs

Lead Multi-disciplinary Creative Work

· Guide the development of integrated creative initiatives , from design systems to advertising campaigns and digital-first storytelling

· Provide creative direction across multiple disciplines, including graphic design, art direction, copy, video, animation, digital experiences, and emerging platforms

· Ensure all creative output is thoughtfully crafted, strategically grounded, and audience-centric

· Architect and deliver impactful presentations that clearly articulate creative strategy, design rationale, and holistic storytelling

Lead & Develop Teams

· Lead, mentor, and grow a team of creative leaders and individual contributors across disciplines

· Foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, curiosity, and creative rigor within the Creative Studio

· Manage resourcing, priorities, and workflows to ensure teams are set up for success
