School Occupational Therapist - Enumclaw, Washington

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Washington Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
• Previous experience providing OT services in a K-12 educational setting strongly preferred
• Skilled in evaluations, developing IEPs, and implementing intervention strategies for diverse student populations
• Strong communication and organizational abilities for collaboration with educators, families, and related services
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized goals to support student engagement and participation
• Deliver occupational therapy services through both direct intervention and consultative support
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to integrate strategies across environments
• Document progress, maintain compliance with federal and state education guidelines, and participate in IEP meetings
• Adapt interventions and materials to address a variety of needs, ensuring access and inclusion for all students
