As a Security Guard Patrol Driver in Roseville, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. As a Security Officer at a retail/mall location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.95 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, tenant corridors, parking areas, loading zones, and the property perimeter. Monitor access points and observe site activity for unusual conditions, helping to deter unauthorized access and policy violations. Document incidents, observations, and daily activities accurately, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
