Intensive Care Unit (ICU) registered nurse position in Overland Park, Kansas. This role involves providing specialized critical care to patients in a 25-bed ICU unit, supporting a team committed to delivering high-quality care. The assignment offers a guaranteed 48 hours per week, with a focus on patient-centered approaches and collaborative teamwork.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); Education Requirements: Current RN license; Experience: 3 years of ICU experience; Location Requirements: Kansas State license or eligibility; No minimum experience requirement specified.
• Preferred Qualifications: Neuro and trauma experience are a plus; strong communication skills and adaptability to change.
• Float: Float rotation may be required, including to telemetry units for patient care or as a helper/resource.
• Additional Information: The unit performs procedures such as bedside cardioversions, bronchoscopies, Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT), and Impella support.
