Sales Coordinator

A large and growing company in Monsey is looking for a proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as the go-between for customers and manufacturers. You'll be the one making sure issues get resolved, orders get tracked down, and shipments actually happen all while keeping customers in the loop every step of the way. Key Responsibilities

Customer Support

• Help customers resolve any issues that come up with their orders
• Address missing items and provide shipping updates

Vendor Coordination

• Communicate with manufacturers regarding product ship dates
• Follow up persistently to get accurate timelines

Order Management

• Advocate for customer needs and push to get resolutions

Qualifications
