The group has New Facilities, High Retention, and Physician Autonomy Compensation Base salary: $300,000 Signing bonus: $100,000, paid $50,000 in Year 1 and $50,000 in Year 2 $10,000 relocation assistance 200 hours PTO/CME (5 weeks) $5,000 annual CME and board certification allowance 403(b) retirement plan with 4% employer match starting Year 2 Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and malpractice coverage Job/Practice Description Urgent Care Physician - Medical Director Location: Findlay, OH (90mins from Detroit) 80% clinical practice / 20% administrative leadership Clinical split: 50% Urgent Care, 30% Occupational Health Occupational medicine services include work-related injury care, occupational physicals, and return-to-work evaluations Medical Director duties: develop clinical policies/protocols, oversee quality initiatives and OPPE processes, collaborate with and support APPs, train and onboard new providers, partner with operational leaders on service line goals Medical Review Officer (MRO) certification preferred; willingness to obtain required Requirements
