Sales Representative

Compensation A base salary of $50-60k/year plus uncapped commissions. Our sales representatives average $55-70k the 1st year, $70-90k the 2nd year and $80-100k+ the 3rd year Exceptional company culture and stability with work/life balance Opportunity for professional development and growth Responsibilities You will be responsible for making sales calls to targeted prospective clients to expand the current client base. You will join a team of seasoned reps who will mentor and guide you to effectively develop and implement a sales plan, negotiate pricing, and prepare bids and service agreements. Qualifications Previous staffing or B2B sales experience preferred. Associate Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related course of study preferred.
