Key Responsibilities

• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care to patients in a PACU setting
• Monitor and assess patient condition before and after surgical procedures
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the surgical care team
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and interdisciplinary staff to ensure patient safety
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately in the medical record

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Current BLS certification
• Experience in Pre/Post Op or PACU nursing
• Ability to travel and work on a contract basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS certification
• Experience in a high-volume surgical or perioperative environment
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
