Key Qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted RN license
• Minimum one year of recent experience in an Operating Room (OR) setting
• Competency in circulating and/or scrubbing for diverse surgical procedures
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Strong critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in high-stress, fast-paced environments

Core Responsibilities:

• Assist with preoperative assessment and preparation of patients
• Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical techs during procedures
• Monitor patient status and maintain sterile field throughout surgeries
• Respond to emergencies and manage complex situations with accuracy and composure
• Document intraoperative care promptly and accurately in accordance with protocol
• Contribute to maintaining a safe, patient-centered, and efficient OR environment
