Front Desk Associate

Location: Greenspring Village by Erickson Senior Living Be the friendly face everyone remembers! As a Front Desk Associate, you’ll play a key role in creating a warm, inviting experience for residents, families, and visitors. From greeting guests to supporting daily operations, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly in a fast‑paced, people‑first environment. How you will make an impact Greet and direct residents, visitors, and staff; handle questions and concerns efficiently. Receive emergency calls from residents and staff and dispatch appropriate personnel; page on‑call physicians as needed in an accurate and calm manner. Monitor all emergency pull cords for Independent Living residents. Track status of residents involved in a situation (e.g., transported to a hospital). Manage residents’ list alphabetically and by apartment. Assist with maintaining accurate census information, hospitalizations, deaths, etc., and keep an accurate list of residents away and returning. Log all resident packages and notify residents of a package pick‑up via notice; ensure mail is dispatched through U.S. Mail each day, sort and distribute inter‑office mail. What you will need Receptionist experience preferred. Excellent verbal skills. Ability to multi‑task.
