This opportunity focuses on personalized care for patients, helping them achieve physical therapy goals and reach their full potential. The position requires work at both Buena Vista Health Center and the Outpatient Pavilion in Salida, CO. Responsibilities Evaluate patients with impairments and create personalized intervention plans to improve their physical function and quality of life. Develop and implement strategies to prevent injuries and disabilities while promoting overall fitness and health. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top‑tier care in preventive, acute, and rehabilitative settings. Provide mentorship and supervision to support staff and actively participate in discharge planning. Qualifications Licensed Physical Therapist passionate about pediatric care. Problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment. Proactive communicator who addresses concerns and contributes positively to the team. Licensure & Certification Completed training in an AMA‑APTA approved school of physical therapy. Member or eligible for membership in the American Physical Therapy Association or American Registry of Physical Therapy. Active license for the state of Colorado. Current CPR certification.
